If your matter develops in a direction that requires additional work outside the original scope, we discuss this with you first — you are never presented with a charge you did not agree to in advance.

Yes. All communications and documents shared with us are protected under solicitor-client privilege, which is a fundamental principle of Malaysian legal practice. Your personal information and the details of your matter are not disclosed to third parties except where necessary to advance your case or as required by law.

Can I engage Naungan Law if I live outside Kuala Lumpur?

Yes. Many of our clients are based in other parts of Malaysia, and we regularly conduct consultations and manage correspondence remotely. Documents can be submitted electronically or by post. A visit to our Kuala Lumpur office is useful but not always necessary, and we will discuss the most practical approach at the outset.
